On this internet site you will find information about the frequently attentive disability dyslexia and the little known problems of NLD at adults. Also the (learning) problems and possibilities, as a result of the autistic spectrum disorder (ASD), will be discussed. Learning Gateway wants to pass know-how about the topic labour and disabilities on the shop floor. We aim ourselves in particular to

• the adult with a disability,
• the employer or Human Resource Manager,
• and the professional support.

Learning Gateway, a pilot project in the region of Antwerp (Kempen), is a realisation of several partners with De Ploeg vzw as promoter. This Learning Gateway website has evolved into a website of different transnational and innovative projects regarding labour en disabilities.
